Not much work as for today but time passed very fast. I managed to close 15/7 & 17/7 CP cases yesterday. Now I still feeling tired although I slept early yesterday.

My cases have reduced to 30+ by 5.00pm. I can concentrate more on my old cases which need to reply to customers. Ondemand system has been giving problem to us. It will just hang for few minutes & then indicated "server failed, unable to retrieve file".

Demes!!! Waste my time waiting. But while waiting, I managed to snap some pix of my colleagues who are "busy" with the work.

Now I know whether they are really doing their work or not...hahaha. Anyway, I wanna go home early today. 5.30pm on da dot. I tot of going to Yishun to buy bread & a ice blended drink. Yummy!!!
